web browsers that support auto

hi I am trying to play an online text adventure game on my iphone in Safari
the problem i am having is that when I type in commands like look or a direction like north or south the reactions are not read out to me I must swipe left to read the reactions
what I am wondering is if their is a web browser for the iphone that will automaticly read out text as its displaid
