can Dolphin Easy Reader support both Hoopla and Overdrive?

Hello all!!
I have a quick question about Hoopla and Overdrive and dolphin Easy Reader. I use Hoopla and Overdrive to get books from my local library. Does anyone on here know if Dolphin Easy Reader supports both Overdrive and Hoopla? And if not, are there any accessible 3rd party reading apps that you'd recommend that support them? Thanks in advance!
