I recently switched from AT&T to Sprint. Ever since the switch, I have been having problems with text messages being split up as if the original message was too long, this itself isn't a problem except that the separate parts come in out of order. So instead of getting 1/4, 2/4, 3/4, and 4/4, I might get 3/4, 2/4, 4/4, and finally 1/4.
The other problem is that voice mail messages using visual voice mail are all broken up with gaps of silence throughout the messages. To try to find out where the problem might be I have just turned off cellular data for the phone app to switch to dial in voice mail.
Has anyone else seen similar problems? If so, were you able to figure out the cause and resolve it?
I never had any problems like this while I was using AT&T and will consider switching back if this turns out to be a Sprint problem.
