VoiceOver shows wrong gestures in the commands section on iOS 13

Hi everyone. I have encountered the following issue on my iPhone on iOS 13:
Go to settings > Accessibility > VoiceOver > Commands > All commands > VoiceOver > Label Item. The default gesture is "two finger single tap and hold". But if I do so, nothing happens. To change the label item, you have to double-tap with two finger ans hold to execute the command "label item".
Although, the problem is that some gestures were shown wrongly to the customers. That's a really serious issue I think. Can anyone confirm that behaviour?
Furthermore, the default keyboard command is set to Shift + hyphen and that's completely wrong because this command (Notice that you have to execute the coomands with VoiceOver-Key together) will play/stop audio or answer an incoming call.
