Getting more into creating Youtubes, but need some advice.

So... the concept, in general, of creating Youtube videos is no stranger at all to me. I've been actually doing it now for a while. Thing is, I want to take it ever so slightly to the next level. I don't want to do anything really advanced or major pro-grade by any means of the ball game, but I would like to do a few things very specifically. Is there any app with iOS that would let me take a music track which is in my iTunes library, (obviously roialty-free, I'm not stupid,) and embed it behind myself? This way I could essentially be talking over a bed? Second of all, let's say that I want to take two videos, and join them into one. Perfect example. Let's say I'm going to the zoo. No, I'm not really, just an example. LOL! I want to start at home giving a little introduction, then interviewing my little kids, nope, no kids yet, I wish, LOL! again, hypothetical, about how they feel, and are they excited about going for the first time? Maybe we'll see a tiger, yeah. There ya go. Lions, tigers, and bears, oh my! Oh, wait. But no. In all seriousness, hahaha, then, I want to in the same Youtube video, combine a second recording/video I made once we actually arrive at the zoo itself. So, our intro vid, then our zoo vid. All spliced together into one shenanigan. Really, those right now are the two main things I wanna do. If this can be done, either a step by step guide on how to do this with the mac, or with iOS, preferably iOS, would be appreciated. I'll need the name of the app I need to get, then step by step with Voiceover how do go about both these tasks. I hear about something called Youtube studio, but I dono if that's an app, or if it's actually a website platform, or both actually. I hear it's not exactly the most accessible though. I've seen blind people do both these things though, so I know it can be done, for a fact. It's just a matter of how. Thank you for any and all pointers.
